在東北季風減弱下，桃園縣新屋鄉今(8)日上午風速3級，風和日麗，桃園縣政府文化局原本計劃在上午11點進行的充氣前置準備工作提早到9點，並且於中午完成充氣作業，一波三折的小鴨可望在今日下午「見客」了。
