秋遊北義皮耶蒙特　松露節聞香

北義大利的皮耶蒙特區(Piedmont)隸屬阿爾卑斯山丘陵地帶，三面環山，以盛產葡萄酒聞名。其中蒙費拉托鎮(Monferrato)不僅葡萄園滿佈，更是阿爾巴(Alba)白松露的供應重鎮，每到秋季，境內的榛樹、橡樹、栗樹聯手「變色」，紅、橘、黃、綠、紫堆疊，讓山麓彷彿披上一層彩色羽毛。

皮埃蒙特區的阿爾巴(Alba)是白松露生產重鎮，松露品質更是世界公認頂級，自1929年以來，每年秋天都會舉辦松露節(Truffle Festival)，不僅有松露拍賣會、市集攤販，還與傳統慶典活動「跑驢」、「迎酒神」等結合，吸引世界各地老饕前來朝聖，體驗皮埃蒙特這既「食」尚又充滿在地風情的節慶。
