在東北季風威力下，桃園黃色小鴨充氣一波三折，在工程單位努力不懈下，趁著今(24)日風勢減弱，在早上9點30分時開始為小鴨進行充氣，並於9點45分時完成充氣，黃色小鴨26日將可以正式與大家見面。
